Description

The AlertPage Transmitter provides one-touch in-house paging with customisable canned messages — all from a-portable handheld device that is smaller than most mobile phones. Paging is as easy as pressing a button, from virtually anywhere onsite.

Each button on the AlertPage Transmitter is linked to its own address and unique canned message (up to 120 characters each). The AlertPage Transmitter 1-Button models can be used either as a ‘1-pager transmitter’ — with the button devoted to a single pager — or as a ‘1-message transmitter’ — with each button devoted to a canned message which an unlimited number of pagers are programmed to receive.

Instead of first relaying messages to a stationary workstation, AlertPage Transmitter users have the flexibility of roaming and paging directly on-the-fly, improving workflow and multitasking for supervisors and front-line staff. For people with hearing loss, this allows them to receive messages that would normally be relayed over a PA system, or phone call.

The AlertPage Transmitter is supplied with a paired alpha-numeric pager.  Additional Pagers can be added at additional cost.

• Power from standard AAA batteries
• Powerful ½ watt output (roughly equivalent to 400m coverage in unobstructed open space), providing ample coverage for most applications; for larger facilities or those with trouble spots.
