I'd like to personally update you on the evolving Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation from Word of Mouth Technology's perspective as it obviously effects our customers, suppliers and internal staff in various ways.
Like many other businesses, we are monitoring health and medical advice to stay ahead of the latest developments on a daily basis. Similarly, we continue to monitor the economic implications of the virus and its effects on supply chain and manufacturing as we stay in touch with key contacts both domestically and overseas.
COVID-19 challenges aside, Word of Mouth Technology is largely business as usual and we pride ourselves on continuing to provide great customer service to our clients Australia wide in these challenging times.
We continue to work tirelessly to minimise any delays in handling your enquiries during this time. We appreciate your patience where any delays may occur due to the current high demand.
We continue to prioritise the health and safety of our employees and their practices and we are doing so by enacting additional preventative measures to protect their well-being. The biggest change would be that we have closed our showroom for demonstrations and retail sales until further notice. This will help to minimise business disruption and provide you and our other customers with a continuity of service.
We have also implemented a restriction of non-essential visitors and contractors across our workplaces and have cancelled all non-critical travel. We have of course increased hygiene protocols across our business also.
